User Accounts

Your free user account is your individual profile for accessing and using Designware.

Notes:

• You'll never be charged for having a user account. Only pay to upgrade projects within your account.

• Paid projects can have other users invited as contributors to help work on them.

• Your privacy and security is as important to us as our own privacy and security. Check out our Privacy Policy and Data Policy to learn more.

Signup & Login

Create an account or login here. Signup requires an email, password (minimum 8 characters), and agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

During signup, a confirmation email is sent to your inbox, and its link must be clicked before you can login to Designware. If you don't see the confirmation email, make sure to check your promotion or spam folders.

If you forget your password, you can reset it here by following the steps.

Your Profile

To access the Profile Menu:

• From the Main Dashboard, select the Profile button in the navbar.

• From the Editor, select the navbar's Designware logo button › Profile.

In the menu you can switch colour themes, sign out, and delete your account. When deleting your account, note:

• Deleting your profile will permanently delete all projects that you are the Project Owner of.

• An active subscription plan belonging to a deleted project will be automatically canceled at the end of its current billing period.

• Your user account data will be automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

• None of these actions can be undone.
