Managing Contributors

Inviting Contributors

You can invite contributors if you're the Project Owner and the project has a paid plan. To invite new or existing Designware users to the project:

1. Select the contributor icon button in the navbar.

2. Insert the invitee's email address into the Search and Invite By Email field, and press Invite.

3. The contributor will receive an email invitation (make sure they check spam) with a link to accept and open Designware.

Removing Contributors

You can remove contributors if you're the Project Owner.

1. In the Editor navbar, select the Contributors icon button to open its menu.

2. Find the contributor's email address in the list, open the dropdown menu next it, and select Remove.

The former contributor will no longer see the project card in their Main Dashboard, or be able to access the project through the prior email invitation.
